2 – Eggs
Water to cook eggs
1 tsp – White vinegar
A slice of sourdough
1 teaspoon – Butter
1 tbsp – Spicy Mayo/any spread of your choice/Hummus (adjust to taste)

2 – Cherry tomatoes, halved
2-3 – Cucumber slices
Extra virgin olive oil (EVOO) for drizzling
