Ask any iPhone or Android user what they want, and they’ll tell you that the battery lasts longer. Give them longer battery life and they’ll still be asking for more.

Unless you want to spend your days connected to a wall outlet, the best solution is a portable solution, and these days you can even go wireless so you don’t even have to remember your charging cable.

But aren’t wireless battery packs all small and only good for a little boost?

Not anymore, they are not. The Baseus 10,000 mAh magnetic power bank is good enough for up to two charges depending on the iPhone you have.

Note that while this power bank is aimed at iPhones with MagSafe, there are ways and means to add magnets to Android smartphones – using cases or magnetic stickers — to give you the same function.

The magnetic connection between the iPhone and the power bank is one of the best I’ve seen, and it takes a bit of effort to accidentally remove it. I even threw a charging iPhone in a bag and the magnets kept everything perfectly aligned.

How much you can charge depends on the iPhone you have. The charging capacity of 10000 mAh can charge an iPhone 13 about 1.8 times and an iPhone 12 about 2.1 times.

This is more than enough to get through a hard day’s work.

You can even charge two devices at the same time – one wirelessly, the other via the USB-C port, making it usable beyond the iPhone.

The power bank also features pass-through charging, so you can charge an iPhone while charging the power bank at the same time, making it perfect for nightstands or travel.

This power bank is not light. Weighing in at 0.6lb, it’s bulky, but to make the pack more manageable, there’s a built-in kickstand that works more in both landscape and portrait. The stand is small and discreet, but more than enough to hold up the power bank and the largest iPhone. I’ve had no problem using it with a iPhone 13 Pro Max in a thick suitcase.

On the back of the device is a handy, unobtrusive LCD screen that shows the charging capacity.
