It has been the ordeal of the testicles.
Harvey Weinstein and his “deformed” genitals have come under scrutiny for weeks during his Los Angeles rape trial — and a jury is currently deciding whether bombshell testimony about the pervert’s genitals is enough to convict the fallen Hollywood titan for a second time .
In his opening statement, Deputy District Attorney Paul Thompson said that each of the victims – four Jane Does related to the felony charges and four witnesses to “prior evil deeds” – would not be able to “perfectly” see Weinstein’s anatomy. describe, but they would all notice “unique things” about Weinstein’s genitals.
“What I am referring to is the result of an operation the defendant underwent in 1999,” Thompson told the jury as 70-year-old Weinstein shook his head. “Due to an infection, his testicles were actually removed from his scrotum and inserted into his inner thighs.”
In one of the lake shocking testimony at the five-week trial, Jennifer Siebel Newsom— the wife of California Governor Gavin Newsom — testified that Weinstein used his “fishy” penis to rape her at the Peninsula Hotel in Beverly Hills in 2005.
When asked by Deputy District Attorney Marlene Martinez to describe Weinstein’s physique, Siebel Newsom said, “A lot of bruises, marks, yellow and green, a lot of stretch marks on his stomach, not physically fit at all. Looked uncircumcised and strange, kind of fishy, the penis, something was deformed in the testicles… Lots of skin, lots of skin down there.
jurors were presented photos of Weinstein’s deformed genitals, which they viewed in a private room in Los Angeles Superior Court. At his 2020 trial in New York, it was explained that Weinstein suffered scarring and changes to his genitals as a result of surgery to correct Fournier’s gangrene.
One of the other victims testified that she was assaulted in 2013 and that Weinstein – who is already serving a 23-year sentence for rape and assault in New York – had “testicular problems”. She said his scrotum was “part of him.”
Several of the women said that once Weinstein had them alone in a hotel room, he undressed or got in the shower, later appearing naked and masturbating.

a witness, actress Natassia Malthe, said Weinstein raped her in a hotel room around the time of the 2008 British Academy of Film and Television Arts Awards.
Malthe said that when Weinstein penetrated her vagina with his penis, she saw a large hole in his stomach.
“It didn’t take long because I had no response because I was just playing dead,” Malthe testified. “He got off me and finished himself off. He ejaculated into his hand.”

Jane Doe 2 testified that she was sexually assaulted in February 2013 at the Montage hotel in Beverly Hills. She said Weinstein’s genitals looked like “it had been chopped off and sewn back on.”
“I didn’t really see a full sack, I literally just saw a penis,” she testified. “I was disgusted. I had never seen such a big guy naked.”
Defense attorney Alan Jackson urged jurors not to be swayed by the alleged “lies”, insisting that two of the plaintiffs – Jane Doe 1 and 2 – completely fabricated their alleged sexual encounters.

He said Jane Doe 3, a masseuse, and Jane Doe 4, Siebel Newsom, had “transactional sex” with Weinstein and maintained relationships with the former producer for years.
He said Jane Doe 1, who claimed Weinstein forced her to give him oral sex, flip-flopped on her testimony several times. He pointed out that in a 2017 interview, Jane Doe 1 initially told detectives and prosecutors, “He put my face in his testicles.”
About a year later, during her testimony before the Grand Jury, Jackson said that the same accuser had suddenly omitted Weinstein’s testicles from her record.

“She found something was wrong with that testimony,” Jackson told jurors during his closing argument on Thursday. “He never had testicles.”
Weinstein faces two counts of forced rape and five counts of sexual assault and could face more than 100 years in prison if convicted on all charges. The jurors began their deliberations on Friday afternoon.
