Jane Doe 2 testified that she was sexually assaulted in February 2013 at the Montage hotel in Beverly Hills. She said Weinstein’s genitals looked like “it had been chopped off and sewn back on.”
“I didn’t really see a full sack, I literally just saw a penis,” she testified. “I was disgusted. I had never seen such a big guy naked.”
Defense attorney Alan Jackson urged jurors not to be swayed by the alleged “lies”, insisting that two of the plaintiffs – Jane Doe 1 and 2 – completely fabricated their alleged sexual encounters.
He said Jane Doe 3, a masseuse, and Jane Doe 4, Siebel Newsom, had “transactional sex” with Weinstein and maintained relationships with the former producer for years.
He said Jane Doe 1, who claimed Weinstein forced her to give him oral sex, flip-flopped on her testimony several times. He pointed out that in a 2017 interview, Jane Doe 1 initially told detectives and prosecutors, “He put my face in his testicles.”
About a year later, during her testimony before the Grand Jury, Jackson said that the same accuser had suddenly omitted Weinstein’s testicles from her record.
“She found something was wrong with that testimony,” Jackson told jurors during his closing argument on Thursday. “He never had testicles.”
Weinstein faces two counts of forced rape and five counts of sexual assault and could face more than 100 years in prison if convicted on all charges. The jurors began their deliberations on Friday afternoon.
