Wakefern Food Corp. held a cutting ceremony on Jan. 16 for its newest store: The Pantry, a frictionless convenience store for employees on campus in Edison, New Jersey, featuring Trigo’s AI-based technology.

The ceremony included Wakefern executives and members, as well as representatives from Trigoa Tel Aviv, Israel-based provider of computer vision and frictionless checkout technology widely regarded as Amazon’s main competitor Just walk away technology.
